Any medical decisions should be made in consultation with your physician. We will not be liable for any complications, injuries, loss or other medical problems arising from, in connection with, during or after Miraas Aerial instruction and/or classes. All dancers participate at their own risk. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns which may be relevant to your participation.

Students and students’ guests understand and expressly assume all risks involved in connection with dance instruction, rehearsal, and/or performance with Miraas Aerial, including but not limited to risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, and structural objects located in or near the studios, or the Student’s physical condition or physical limitations, and Student warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in all activities involved in dance instruction and/or rehearsal and performances with Miraas Aerial. Students waive all claims arising out of dance instruction, rehearsal, training and performances at Miraas Aerial, loss, theft, property damage or otherwise, which students may ever have against Miraas Aerial, their successors, and assigns, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and their heirs, executors and administrators. Miraas Aerial shall not be responsible for and specifically disclaim any liability to students and their guests for any loss, theft, injury or liability incurred at Miraas Aerial classes, rehearsals and/or performances, and exempt, release and indemnify Miraas Aerial including owners, directors, instructors, partners, employees, guest artists and volunteers from any and all liability claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss or injury.
Miraas Aerial reserves the right to cancel any events or modify the event schedule. Sorry, no refunds. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Pictures and/or video may be taken during Miraas Aerial classes, and used for publicity and/or promotion without limitation, and at no compensation to the participant.
For safety and liability reasons, we do not permit guests or observers in the studio or waiting areas, during our classes. Only registered students of Miraas Aerial are permitted in the studios during class. We do not provide childcare for our classes.
