Miraas offers several attentive, individualized, and student-focused classes for adults only. Find one that is right for you! New sessions start September 2nd and September 30th.
Pricing
New students are charged a one time registration fee of $15 and will recieve a Miraas t-shirt and a copy of the beginning curriculum. Our classes run in four week sessions and we offer the following packages.

Aerial Basics
This class is perfect if you are curious, new to aerial arts, or if you are looking to fine-tune the basic skills and proficiency you already have. Beginner and basics classes will involve work with mixed apparatuses: static trapeze, silks/fabric and lyra (hoop). You will leave this class with a solid foundation of basic aerial skills, a list of basic and beginning-level aerial tricks, as well as increased strength, flexibility, and grace.

Intermediate Aerial
This class is for students who can both climb and execute a straddle-back on the fabric, or a pullover and basic moves on the trapeze and lyra (hoop). Classes will focus primarily on your apparatus of choice - silks/fabric, lyra (hoop), or trapeze. Maximum of 6 students.

Open Gym
Miraas Aerial Open Gym - Still trying to perfect that tricky straddle-back? Want to practice those pesky hip circles? Determined to climb in a pike? Prepping choreography for a performance? Join us for an open gym workout in a supportive environment and work on what YOU want. Pay $8 per hour or buy a 4 pack for $30. Open to Miraas Aerial students only.

Aerial Conditioning
When flying just isn’t enough, let us train you to be an aerial ninja badass! This class focuses on building core and upper body strength with a specialized workout that combines strength-conditioning on the aerial equipment, paired with creative floor exercises and use of props to target your arms, shoulders, back and abdominal muscles. Maximum of 8 students. This class is not currently being offered, but if you are interested please email us for further information.
Aerial Bootcamp
A combination of aerial strength building and bootcamp style exercises both on and off the apparatus, you will leave this class with endurance and enhanced core, upper body strength, lower-body strength, and grace. This class will incorporate static trapeze, lyra (hoop), and silks/fabric and will only be offered seasonally Please email us for the next session dates.
Doubles Trapeze and Lyra (hoop)
If you are interested in learning beautiful technique for aerial doubles work, this class is a great way to increase skill in both individual aerial work and work with a partner. Learn to move with ease and grace together. Maximum of 4 students per class. Please email us for further information, pricing and prerequisites.
Aerial Choreography and Performance Skills
After you have mastered the basics of aerial dance and you are considering performing, if you are already performing, or if you simply want to test your new skills to music, these semi-private classes can help you work on your technique and style in an enthusiastic and creative performance-oriented class. Private Lessons
One-hour private sessions are offered for every level of student. All private lessons begin with a strengths assessment and a discussion of specific goals and benchmarks that each individual student would like to achieve. The instructor will create a specific training plan tailored to meet students’ individual goals. Please email us for further information.
